Episode 67 | Faina Vitebsky - Crude Oil
As I’m sure you’re aware, most traders are men. Out of 67 episodes I’ve had I think about 8 women on the show. So it’s a great pleasure to be able to introduce to you Faina Vitebsky, a trader from New York, now based in Puerto Rico, who is doing very well for herself trading crude oil.
Whereas most of my guests have some background in business or finance, Faina is an accomplished actress who has appeared in shows like The Sopranos, Law and Order and, more recently, Fantasy Island.
Being a filmmaker myself, I hope you traders will forgive me for straying off topic every so often to ask Faina about her acting life and how she marries her primary passion and career with her trader’s life. I for one enjoyed Faina’s dry New York wit and found her humility and insights as endearing as they were inspirational. Enjoy the episode!

I don't know why it took me so long - confidence, perhaps, i.e., lack thereof - to realize I would be so much better off trading someone else's money, not my own.
